DO Conference Room Reservations Please complete the form below to request booking a conference room within the PHHP Dean’s office. Conference room DG-126 is temporarily unavailable. Reservation Guidelines: Conference rooms are available for use by staff, departments, and approved external groups during regular business hours. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day reservations are subject to availability. Please include setup and cleanup time in your reservation to avoid scheduling conflicts. The individual who reserves the room is responsible for ensuring all policies are followed. Repeated violations of this policy (e.g., leaving food or trash behind, damage to the room) may result in temporary or permanent suspension of room reservation privileges.
