PHHP Business

Address: To locate in the global address book, search by typing a period followed by a space. This convention is applied to all college level PHHP listservs.

Members: Business includes: permanent faculty and TEAMS-USPS staff. The Business list was created provide a means of internal communication in a closed forum.

List maintenance: Business is automatically populated with weekly updates from PeopleSoft.

Moderation: Business is moderated by PHHP Dean’s Office staff. Contact Gaylynn Quinn with questions regarding specific messages.

Appropriate content:

  • PHHP administrative announcements. For the most part, these messages will be authored by or on behalf of the dean, associate deans or directors.
  • Announcements for College events not open to the general public.
  • New course announcements. Senders may add student lists to the message as appropriate.
