For our undergraduate students, this is a great opportunity to explore more about the Master of Science in Epidemiology program as well as receiving information about the Master of Public Health program with a concentration in Epidemiology. We will discuss the following programs at the Open House: PhD in Epidemiology (geared towards current Graduate Students), Master of Science in Epidemiology (geared towards current undergraduate students), and we will also have some information about the Master of Public Health program with a concentration in Epidemiology (geared towards current undergraduate students).

  • PhD in Epidemiology Students in the PhD program will apply epidemiological methods to address critical and emerging public health and clinical research issues. Students will gain valuable filed experience on both a national and international level, receiving training in manuscript and grant writing, being provided with opportunities for internal and external research, attending notable conferences, and having access to scholarships and funding.
  • Master of Science in Epidemiology Students in this specialized research degree program are equipped with expertise in epidemiological methods and professional development. The MSE program is designed to prepare students for meaningful careers in the public health sector, with a focus on surveillance and prevention of illnesses across diverse global populations.
