Description
All prospective students are encouraged to attend, including undergraduates who plan to pursue either a combination program (bachelor's/MPH, master's degree/MPH, or graduate degree/MPH) to working professionals who plan to pursue the traditional MPH program.
We are excited to invite you to the University of Florida's Master of Public Health (MPH) Program concentration panel. Our program offers six unique concentration areas for specialization:
- Biostatistics
- Environmental Health
- Epidemiology
- Population Health Management (campus or online)
- Public Health Practice (campus or online)
- Social and Behavioral Sciences (campus or online).
Choosing the right concentration can be challenging, especially if you have diverse interests. This panel will feature content experts from each concentration, both campus and online, who will provide insights into:
- The specifics of each concentration
- Potential career paths
- When to consider an MS, MSE, or MHS versus an MPH degree
- What constitutes a competitive application
- Recommended experiences and courses to enhance your application
The panel will follow a round-robin format, with each expert presenting their concentration, followed by a Q&A session for attendees.
Register in advance to receive Zoom meeting information.
