*Please note that PHC6052 and PHC6600 are required courses that are managed by the College of Public Health and Health Professions. The tuition for these courses for online students is $550/credit hour. Therefore, the listed total cost includes 30 credits charged at $650/credit and 9 credits charged at $550/credit. Tuition rates are given for courses the 30 credits assume all electives are taken in the Department and Environmental and Global Health. Elective courses taken outside the department may have different tuition rates.

Online program tuition waiver policy

The online Master of Health Science in One Health program is a self-supporting program and traditionally does not accept UF EEP, UF Teaching Assistantships, or State Tuition Waivers. The online program reserves the right to allow EEP and waiver use on a case-by-case basis, depending on space. Please contact Victoria Houghton for more information.

Graduate assistantships

The Department of Environmental and Global Health offers Graduate Assistantships (GA) to doctoral students upon acceptance. These students are required to maintain a full-time student appointment each semester to remain in good standing.

The department cannot guarantee master’s students graduate assistantship positions at time of admission, however, opportunities for research and teaching assistantships may become available throughout your degree program. Additionally, accepted campus students are welcome to seek research or teaching assistant positions through individual academic units at time of admission.
