Robert T. Lewis, Esquire
Robert T. Lewis is Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Crowe Paradis Service Corporation and has a national practice focusing on Medicare compliance and claims impacted by the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute. He is a frequent lecturer and has written a number of articles addressing this emerging area of law. He also represents employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters in New Jersey. Prior to moving to New Jersey, he handled workers’ compensation and liability defense matters in North Carolina.
Fran Provenzano, RN, BSN, CDMS, CCM, CLCP, MSCC
Fran Jacoby Provenzano has been on the cutting edge in nursing for the past two decades. After earning her RN license and BSN degree in the 1970s, she moved into disability management, obtaining Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) certification in the late 1980s. She was among the first nurses in the nation to gain certification in Case Management (CCM) and followed this rapidly by obtaining her Certification in Life Care Planning (CLCP). She has now added the latest in innovative certification (Medicare Set-aside Certified Consultant) as a Medicare Set-Aside Allocator.
In 2004, she established Medicare Set-Aside Specialists (MSA Specialists) and has quickly become recognized as one of the most knowledgeable professionals in that field. Her organization has been accepted on the national approved provider list for several major insurance carriers as well as some of the nation’s top third party administrators. MSA Specialists offers its services nationwide and has four regional service centers in Florida, New York, Michigan and California. She has served on a national level as a speaker on MSAs and is certified to provide CEU credits on MSAs to insurance adjusters.
