Alumni and Friends Scholarship
UF Physical Therapy initiated a new student scholarship called Alumni and Friends. The founding and funding of the scholarship was a grassroots effort by department faculty, staff, students, and alumni. The mission of this fund is to award Scholarships to support DPT students(s) who individually meet one or more of the following criteria:
(1) is a first-generation college student; (2) has actively worked to overcome educational, social, or family disadvantages; (3) has demonstrated a commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion; and/or (4) has demonstrated academic merit and leadership potential.
We’re very excited to involve more of our community to grow this scholarship. All contributions make a difference!
