The Florida Department of Health and the University of Florida launched interactive Learning Collaboratives from March 2023 through May 2024. During this initiative, our team provided enriching opportunities to bridge current knowledge gaps, shared best practices, and improved the overall state of participating Nursing Homes and Long-Term Care facilities.
