Pathways to an equitable search
PHHP is deeply invested in diversity, equity, and inclusion across the college. As one of our recent efforts, we developed this equity search guide, “Pathways to an Equitable Search,” to facilitate our search process for new faculty to join our college. This is a living document, as we are interested in continually improving and refining our process to ensure that we conduct equitable searches for new colleagues. These are guidelines and recommendations, following the best practices of the field and working in alignment with Human Resources strategies and legal expectations, that will be guided and facilitated by the equity search advisor role on each search committee.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee
The committee was formed in 2012 with the purpose of enhancing and promoting diversity and cultural competence.
The committee has a representative from each department, in addition to students members and staff support.

A free summer enrichment program focused on improving access to information and resources for college students interested in the health professions.
