What philosophy guides you in your education?
Persistence and curiosity are key to lifelong learning and individual growth. Pursuing higher education allows us to foster that curiosity and develop the skills needed to find unique solutions to complex problems.
What research experience do you have?
I have contributed to ongoing research investigating the development of colorectal cancer as well as other studies assessing financial toxicity and gaps in cancer care.
If you could solve one environmental and/or global health problem, what would it be?
I’d like to increase the availability of local food systems that use regenerative agricultural practices to address the food and nutritional insecurities contributing to health and environmental issues globally.
What are your career goals?
To pursue a DVM and/or Ph.D.
