Intention setting for the new academic year

Welcome back Gators!

On the first day of fall semester classes, we asked our University of Florida College of Public Health and Health Professions students to take a few minutes to reflect and participate in some intention setting for the new academic year. Here are a few highlights.

I’m going to improve…

“My clinical confidence”

“Work-life balance”

“My ability to manage my time”

“My leadership skills”

“Prioritizing my mental health”

I’m manifesting…

“Getting into grad school!”

“Passing comps and slaying our last semester of class”

“Being a morning person”

“Becoming holistically healthy”

“Learning a lot during my first semester”

I will remind myself…

“There is so much to discover”

“I’m still learning and it’s OK not to know everything”

“That imposter syndrome is fake”

“It’s OK to not be OK”

“To enjoy this part of the process”
