CHP student Sarah Szymkowicz has won the 2017 American Psychological Association Travel Award.

The $300 award is meant to help defray expenses in attending the 2017 APA Convention in Washington DC this August. Sarah will be presenting preliminary data from her dissertation (resulting from my 2014 APA/SCN Early Career Pilot Study Award), entitled “Age-Related Mechanisms of Emotion Anticipation and Perception.” She’ll be at a poster session on Thursday (8/4) at 10 am, and then she’ll give a “Data Blitz” Talk on Friday (8/5) at 8 am.
