EGH Student Helena Chapman Represents the State of Florida at 2016 CDC Millenial Health Leaders Summit.

This past March, One Health Ph.D. student Helena Chapman was selected to participate in the 2016 Millennial Health Leaders Summit, along with fellow PHHP student Cara McDonnell. Offered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Millennial Health Leaders Summit is designed to equip graduate students with knowledge and tools to eliminate health disparities. The students participated in a two – day intensive training session on vital health equity topics.

Chapman and McDonnell were the only students to represent the state of Florida at the summit.
