Dr. Sabo-Attwood Appointed to EPA Science Advisory Board

Dr. Tara Sabo-Attwood, chair of the department of environmental and global health at the University of Florida College of Public Health and Health Professions, has been appointed to a three-year term as a member of the Science Advisory Board of the Environmental Protection Agency. The Science Advisory Board is a federal advisory committee established by Congress to advise the agency on scientific and technical matters. Board members participate in meetings and develop work products related to the quality and relevance of the scientific and technical information being used by the EPA as the basis for agency regulations.
