Jamie Reilly

Jamie Reilly joined the Department of Communicative Disorders of the University of Florida as an Assistant Professor in August, 2007 after completing a postdoctoral fellowship in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Reilly has joint affiliations with the University of Florida Department of Neurology and the Brain Rehabilitation Research Center of the Malcom Randall Veterans Affairs Hospital. He holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology and an M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology. Jamie maintains a caseload in acute care at the Shands Hospital of the University of Florida.
Dr. Reilly's research is broadly focused on language and semantic memory. He has published extensively on these topics in both normal and neurologically-impaired populations including frontotemporal dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Dr. Reilly is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA), International Neuropsychological Society (INS), Association for Psychological Science (APS), Academy for Neurologic Communication Disorders and Sciences (ANCDS), and the Academy of Aphasia.
