Office Moves

If you are changing offices please make a request to PHHP IT a minimum of 2 days in advance.  IT will relocate your computer and phone at the same time. Your phone number is attached to the phone itself, not the line it is connected to, so your phone number will not change.

Problem Reporting

If you are experiencing problems with your phone you may submit a ticket for assistance to the Help Desk. Once you are logged in you will need to click Phones/IP Phones from the menu on the right-hand side. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the request, please contact Stephanie McBride in the PHHP Dean’s office at 352-273-6214.
